Peter- discovered you through http://monitter.com/ using a search term "piano." I hope your audition goes well.

I visited BJU as a junior in HS, and as a hopeful music student but went to Cedarville instead.

Wow. That is a problem. But they were close - it was another "Berean Bible Church." From what I've seen they've got a lot of pictures mix-matched.

You bring up a good point. It may only be a matter of time before Cuil starts getting some major complaints from people with similar problems. It may be that some people don't want their photos (ie. a random image of theirs on flickr) attached to certain websites. Not to mention trademark issues like you said. Perhaps they should only use images from that particular site for the thumbnail. That would help them avoid potential legal problems.

I had never heard of the engine until I saw this entry through Facebook. I have the opposite issue as your #2 search. If I search for "berean" (the keyword in the name of my church, whose website I designed), I don't see our church at all. That's somewhat expected, since we're a small church with a small website amidst many Berean-named organiziations. However, what irks me is the photo they show next to some random website: a screenshot of our website! That kind of mixing and matching them could get them in trademark and intellectual property hot water I would imagine.
